The Creative Hub is a developmental programme geared towards shaping personal and professional growth of beneficiaries and also to assist in decision making, problem solving and personal branding for the creatives. Creative Hubs have a sustainable and complex balance. This brings us to the value that every creative hub brings in a wide range of impact on the local creative industry and community such as job creation, new products and services, financial literacy, talent development to name a few.
The training was centered around pattern making and grading fashion designers in various tailoring skills. It taught them how to design a pattern of their own from scratch and to make garments. The workshop was intended to grade the pattern into different sizes with no fault in measurements.
Designers and crafters were diverse in age, gender and ethnicity, proving that art does not fade with age and has no limits. Upon completion participants were awarded with accredited certificates and trophies.
