Northern Cape Premier Dr. Zamani Saul will on Saturday, 21 March 2020 welcome Deputy President David Mabuza to the Province as we will be celebrating the National Human Rights Day at Colesberg in the Pixley Ka Seme District.
The Celebrations will start at 09h00 at the Colesberg Sport Stadium.
