Executive Council Support:

Refers to EXCO Secretariat and is responsible for strategic, policy and operational support to the Executive Council through secretarial services, to enable EXCO Cluster Committees to function optimally to ensure integration, coordinated policy development and decision management and implementation.

To coordinate, support and assist with the activities and programmes as it relates to the Executive Council

• Support Services to the provincial Executive Council (EXCO) in its governance arrangements of the Northern Cape Province.

Functions

• The rendering of secretariat and administrative support services to the Executive Council.
• The rendering of secretariat and administrative support services to Cluster Committees.
• The co-ordinating of the Community Outreach Program.
