STRATEGY AND SYSTEMS

PURPOSE:   TO MANAGE  AND COORDINATE THE PROVISION OF  STRATEGY AND SYSTEMS SERVICES

FUNCTIONS :

-Facilitate and coordinate departmental strategic management and planning services                                   

- Manage  the provisioning of institutional performance assessment and programme evaluation.                        

-Manage the provisioning of change management, service delivery improvement mechanism and diversity management.                                   

-Provide information communication and technology management services                                   

-Provide communication and media liaison services                                        

-Manage the provisioning of security, work environment and records management services
